These Terms govern access to and use of Atrium Capital. Please also read the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using the platform, you agree to these Terms. The service is intended for people aged 18 or older with legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you disagree, do not use the platform.
2. Nature of the service
Atrium Capital provides a platform to track forex and crypto asset investments, wallets, deposits, withdrawals and referrals. Review the conditions of each transaction before confirming it.
3. Account and security
Provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and authentication codes. Report any suspected unauthorized access to support. Withdrawals are sent to previously registered accounts and wallets.
4. Plans and returns
The plans shown are Atrium Select, from R$ 30 to R$ 250; Atrium Flex, from R$ 500 to R$ 1,000; and Atrium Prime, from R$ 2,000 to R$ 8,000. The commercial reference describes variable daily returns of 1% to 5% and a target return of 100%. These percentages and targets do not guarantee earnings or a completion date; results depend on trading and involve risk of loss.
5. Deposits and withdrawals
The methods shown are PIX, USDT and USDC, plus reinvestment of available balances. Confirm the address, network and destination details before transferring. Earnings withdrawals can be requested Monday to Friday, from 9am to 3pm; referral withdrawals are available 24 hours a day. Review the conditions displayed in the app before confirming.
6. Referral program
The program shown covers up to 9 levels and up to 25% in commissions on network investments. Eligibility and applicable conditions are those stated on the platform. Fake or duplicate accounts and accounts created to improperly obtain commissions are prohibited.
7. Risks and responsibility
Forex and crypto assets are subject to volatility, operational risks and possible partial or total loss. Past results do not guarantee future results. Assess your circumstances and do not commit funds needed for your livelihood.
8. Permitted use and intellectual property
Do not use the platform for unlawful activities, fraud, unauthorized access or abusive data collection. The brand, design and content belong to Atrium Capital or their respective owners. Access does not transfer intellectual property rights.
9. Availability and closure
Service may be interrupted for maintenance or due to external factors. You can request account closure through support. Violations of these Terms may lead to suspension or closure, subject to applicable obligations.
10. Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated; check the current version date. Send questions and requests to Atrium Capital support.
11. Applicable law
These Terms follow Brazilian law, respecting applicable consumer rights and rules.
